We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, providing all possible services requested, and exerting every effort to serve our clients. This includes:



• Informing the customer regularly and transparently about the status of the hosted server.
• HosTwega is committed to taking backups of all websites on another hard drive (daily, weekly, and bi-monthly) on an external server. However, data protection remains the full responsibility of the client. The client must also take regular backups for recovery in case our backup copies are lost for any reason.
• Providing protection and stability for servers with an uptime rate of 99.9%.
• Providing technical support and responding to your inquiries as quickly as possible to ensure your website runs continuously and to fix any hosting-related issues.
• HosTwega guarantees the confidentiality of your registered and stored personal information. Your financial information is encrypted and kept in a secure environment. No entity has the right to access your personal data.
• Domain name: we guarantee the protection and maintenance of your domain throughout the subscription period, with a dedicated control panel allowing full domain management.
• Money-back guarantee within (30) days from the date of website delivery (as a trial period), after deducting the domain cost, provided there are valid reasons for the refund and no violation committed by the client.

Terms of Use

The following is a list of prohibited content that cannot be hosted on our servers. The client bears full responsibility for any violation of the following terms once detected:

1. It is prohibited to host content that insults or mocks religions.
2. It is prohibited to host any adult-related content.
3. It is prohibited to host any materials promoting extremism or violence.
4. It is prohibited to host any materials that violate the rights or privacy of others.
5. It is prohibited to include any spyware or hacking files within the account that may attempt to hack the server or other websites hosted on it.
6. It is prohibited to use unsolicited advertising emails or spam (bulk emails), which are internationally banned.
7. The client must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and not allow any third party to access them. The client bears full responsibility for any negligence in this matter.
8. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service of any client using our services (for themselves or others) for illegal purposes. The client is not entitled to claim any compensation for such suspension or termination.

Clients with reseller accounts are responsible for informing their clients of all company policies, terms of service, and usage agreements. They also bear full responsibility for any violations or breaches resulting from their negligence or lack of attention to these matters.

General Terms

• Technical support ensures that the website operates continuously throughout the day. However, technical support does not include any additions to forums such as sections, plugins, add-ons, styles, or site content like programs, interfaces, or magazines.
• The use of unlicensed software is the client’s responsibility. If we receive any complaint from the affected party, the account will be temporarily suspended, and you will be contacted to remove or license the product.
• When a client’s subscription expires, they are notified through the automatic reminder system. If payment is not made on time, the service will be suspended. If the client requests reactivation or a backup copy of the website after expiration, an additional 20% fee will be applied. The client has no right to request reactivation or a backup after one (1) month from the service expiration date.
• The client has the right to upgrade their plan to a higher level with better specifications by paying the price difference.
• We reserve the right to modify our plan prices and available services at any time. This does not apply to websites already purchased before the change but does apply to all websites upon renewal.
• Domain name: we guarantee the protection and maintenance of your domain throughout your subscription period, providing you with a dedicated control panel to manage the domain completely.
• Money-back guarantee within (30) days from the date of website delivery (as a trial period), after deducting the domain cost, provided there are valid reasons for the refund and no violations have been committed by the client.

In all cases, HosTwega shall not be held responsible for any damages, delays, or failure to fulfill its obligations under this agreement due to wars, fires, strikes, disasters, lack of materials or equipment from suppliers, power failures or outages, or any other events beyond its control, whether occurring in Iraq or anywhere else in the world related to HosTwega’s services.

Domain Registration Terms

• When you register a domain with us, you legally own the domain you register. The domain is registered under your full name, and you are provided with a dedicated control panel for your domain that allows you to fully manage it — including renewal, transfer, or changing its settings to point to another hosting service.
• We are not responsible for the expiration of the annual domain registration period if the client fails to pay the issued invoices. These invoices are sent as notifications to the registered email address of the domain owner up to 60 days in advance as a first reminder for domain renewal payment, and again a second reminder one month before the expiration, followed by third and fourth reminders at intervals. The invoice must be paid before the final day of the domain registration period, and we do not bear responsibility for any loss of the domain due to non-renewal.
• The client must provide accurate information in accordance with the policies of the main domain registration company ICANN. For more information about the domain registration process worldwide, please visit the ICANN website.
• We are not responsible for the loss of any domain due to the leakage of your domain information to a third party.

Refund Policy

HosTwega grants a 30-day period for refunding paid amounts in case of any malfunction in the service or failure to provide the services as described on our pages.

Refunds do not apply to the following services:

1. Dedicated Servers
2. VPS Servers
3. Design and Programming Services
4. Domain Registration and Transfer
5. Software Licenses
