In all cases, HosTwega shall not be held responsible for any damages, delays, or failure to fulfill its obligations under this agreement due to wars, fires, strikes, disasters, lack of materials or equipment from suppliers, power failures or outages, or any other events beyond its control, whether occurring in Iraq or anywhere else in the world related to HosTwega’s services.
Each shared hosting and reseller plan includes a specific allocation of resources (RAM - CPU - number of processes). If any of these limits are exceeded, the website will automatically stop for a short period until usage decreases, after which it will automatically resume operation. Please note that this process is fully automated without any intervention from the support team, and you can monitor your resource usage through the Cpanel dashboard under the "Resources Usage" section.
HosTwega grants a 30-day period for refunding paid amounts in case of any malfunction in the service or failure to provide the services as described on our pages.
